1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  • Authentication Data: We use Young Living OAuth to verify your identity.
  • Contact Data: We process contact lists you import (Names, Phone Numbers, Emails).
  • Affiliate Data: We may receive information from our affiliates, Support Stream Inc. and Critz Corp LLC, to provide integrated services across our platforms (such as the Life Steps application).
  • Regulatory Data: To comply with mobile carrier (10DLC) laws, we collect your Tax ID (EIN or SSN).

2. HANDLING OF SENSITIVE DATA (SSN/EIN)

Your SSN or EIN is required strictly for mobile carrier registration (10DLC).

  • Security: This data is encrypted and transmitted securely to our telecommunications partner (Twilio).
  • Storage Policy: Simple Downline Inc. does not store your full SSN or EIN in our permanent database. We retain only the last four (4) digits for verification and record-keeping purposes.

3. DISCLOSURE & SHARING

  • No Third-Party Sales: We do not sell or rent your data to ad server companies or third-party marketers.
  • Service Providers: We share data only with necessary sub-processors (Twilio for SMS and SendGrid for Email) to fulfill your requested communications.
  • Authorized Upline Access: Certain information (Name, YL Member ID, and address) may be available to authorized upline members within your specific organization.
  • Affiliate Sharing: We may share information with our affiliates (Support Stream Inc. and Critz Corp LLC) to provide customer support and improve our integrated services.

4. SECURITY PRECAUTIONS

When we transfer and receive sensitive information, we redirect visitors to a secure server (SSL). We maintain appropriate security measures to protect against the loss or misuse of information. However, you acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

5. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Application is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
