We Have Gone Offline
We want to thank each of you for your support of Simple Downline. This started off as a way for our wives to better manage their teams and grew into a tool that has helped many others do the same.
Because of the growth we have had, Simple Downline is taking more and more of my time away from our own team, and we are at a point where we need to work out a data sharing contract with YL which is going to require months of working with attorneys. So we've decided that Simple Downline won't be coming back online as it currently exists.
I deeply apologize that all this has happened so suddenly. I was in Yosemite National Park on a family vacation with no cell service or wifi when we lost the ability to pull data. I literally drove up a mountain and parked in a pull out where I could get two bars of service to try and figure out what was going on. If I had been able to bring things back online I would have.
If you have paid for an annual subscription, we will be issuing you a prorated refund. We will also be issuing refunds for monthly subscriptions that were charged in April. If you haven’t already received a refund, you will receive an email from us when your refund has been processed.
We have really enjoyed being able to provide this service to each of you. Thank you again for all your support!
